基于V5 Automation 的CATIA 二次开发技术研究

摘    要:为提高CATIA的用户化和专业化水平,推动设计水平提升,文中对CATIA二次开发技术进行了研究。首先,提出了CATIA二次开发技术的主要研究方向及其应用前景,阐述了CATIA二次开发平台V5 Automation的组成、架构、原理、功能。进一步,提出了基于V5 Automation的CATIA二次开发技术的基本方法、一般原则和开发流程。最后,给出了一个智能化螺钉装配程序的实例,在CATIA装配界面中,可实现对所选安装面上所有孔的螺钉自动装配,从而验证了CATIA二次开发技术。

Abstract:In order to enhance the level of customization and profession for CATIA,the secondary development technology for CATIA is studied in this paper.First,the main research direction and application perspective of the secondary development technology for CATIA are presented,the structure and functions of V5 Automation which is the primary secondary development platform for CATIA are provided.Then,the basic methods,general principles and development processes of the secondary development technology based on V5 Automation for CATIA are proposed.Finally,a program instance of "screw intelligent assembling" is given.When user selects an installation plane in CATIA,the instance can intelligently assemble screws which match the holes on the installation plane,therefore the secondary development technology for CATIA is verified.
