Abstract:This paper tells about how to do computerized work or how to carry out dynamic program control in intelligent architecture.An intelligent building, so called because it has intelligence with which to design with human intelligence, to run and manage a building or a group of buildings so that they will have the intelligence to control, learn and adapt. For example, it can automatically control indoor temperature and humidity and automatically arrange daily maintenance etc. Controllability is one of the most important factors for intelligent buildings.Controllability in the design, preparation and functional management in intelligent buildings includes three major aspects: controllability in design, function and functional management.
