齿轮啮合冲击噪声的定量预估

摘    要:从齿轮啮合原理的角度出发 ,分析了齿轮的加工误差和弹性变形对于齿轮啮合冲击的影响 ,得出了冲击速度和冲击作用时间的表达式 ,结合声学理论计算了齿轮啮合冲击时所产生的噪声声压和声辐射功率等声学特性参数 ,从而可用于对齿轮冲击加速度噪声进行估算

Abstract:Based on gear meshing theory, the effect of the working error and elastic deformation of gear on gear meshing was analyzed. The shock speed and shock time of gear transmission are derived. Using the acoustica l theory, the acoustical characteristic parameters, i.e. the sound pressure and sound radiation power etc, generated at being in gear mesh have been computed. I t can be used to estimate the gear shock acceleration noise. It is a new method for the study of gear noise.
