高温加工过程41Cr4钢的物理模拟试验和本构方程研究

摘    要:在高温(900℃~1100℃)和大变形(εmax=0.8)条件下,在Gleeble-3500试验机上进行了41Cr4钢的压缩试验和再结晶模拟试验,测得了再结晶体积百分数及真应力和真应变。在考虑了加工硬化、动态再结晶以及动态回复对流变应力的影响后,给出了41Cr4钢的的本构方程,并且通过与现有的理论模型计算结果及试验结果进行比较,证实了此模型可以用于流变应力精确预测和生产实践。

Abstract:A compression test and recrystallization simulation test of 41Cr4 steel(medium carbon and low alloy steel)had been performed by GLEEBLE 3500 subject to large strain and high temperature, then the volume fraction of recrystallization and true-stress and true -strain was obtained. After the influence of work hardening and dynamic recovery and dynamic recrystallization on the resistance was considered, The constitutive equation of 41Cr4 steel was represented and compared with that of the existing theoretical model. This equation proved to be effective and can be used in practice.
