| 摘 要： | 工艺烧嘴损坏是水煤浆气化炉不能长周期运行的主要原因。导致烧嘴损坏因素主要有冷却水盘管损坏、物理磨蚀、热冲击、化学影响、应力破坏等。提出了改进措施以延长烧嘴的使用寿命，主要包括降低流速、改进材质、优化结构等。

| Abstract: | Breakdown of the process burner is the main cause for the coal-water slurry gasifier to be unable to run for a long period. The factors which lead to the breakdown are principally the breakdown of the cooling water coil, physical abrasion, thermal ＂shock, and stress rupture. Improvement measures are proposed so as to prolong the service life of the burner, including chiefly decrease in flowrate, improvement in the material used, and optimization of the structure. |
