矿用牵引机车电液控制系统的设计与研究

摘    要:针对长大隧道施工对牵引机车的要求,设计了牵引机车电控液驱控制系统。该控制系统采用PID智能控制算法分别对变量泵和变量马达的排量进行智能调节,使输出转速达到设定转速。运用AMEsim液压仿真软件平台对牵引机车电液控制系统进行建模,并对相关参数进行优化设计,实现动态控制仿真。对控制系统进行了仿真和试验,结果表明,其能够准确、快速、平稳地对转速进行调节。
