摘    要:为了掌握大型装载机翻车保护结构(ROPS)的设计方法和力学特性,以弹塑性力学理论为基础,运用ANSYS建立了大型轮式装载机ROPS的非线性有限元模型。按照国际标准ISO 3471:1994对ROPS的性能要求进行了有限元分析,并对已设计好的ROPS进行台架试验。试验结果表明,应用弹塑性力学理论和非线性有限元分析方法对大型装载机ROPS进行理论计算是合理的。

Abstract:In order to master the design methods and the mechanical properties of the roll-over protective structure (ROPS) for large loaders, a nonlinear finite element model of ROPS for large loaders is set up using ANSYS based on the theory of elastic-plastic mechanics. The performances of the ROPS are analyzed according to the international standard ISO3471:1994, and then, the bench test is carried out to verify the designed ROPS.
