振动磨中介质冲击特性的虚拟样机分析方法

摘    要:针对物料粉磨的品质控制问题,分析了振动磨的性能控制。针对控制核心的磨筒介质冲击特性,比较了实体样机试验、理论分析和虚拟样机方法的特点。应用虚拟振动磨和参数化技术,获得了磨筒中的介质冲击特性、运动学行为与磨机动力学、工艺参数等之间的关联。依据磨料的物化特性、破磨特性确定了介质的冲击特性,进而确定振动磨动力学参数、结构参数、工艺参数、性能控制方法及品质控制等。介绍了一种振动与冲击问题研究的虚拟样机方法。

Abstract:The performance control of the vibration mill is analyzed regarding to the quality control of ground materials. In view of the impact features of media in the core-controlled grinding tube, the features of physical prototype experiments, theoretical analysis and virtual prototyping method are compared and contrasted.
