神东矿区煤泥干燥特性试验研究及回掺经济性分析

摘    要:以神东矿区大柳塔煤泥为原料,采用热风干燥技术对大柳塔煤泥在相同粒度不同干燥温度下的干燥特性进行了试验研究,并通过试验分析了大柳塔煤泥的含水率与干燥时间、干燥温度和干燥速率之间的关系。同时对大柳塔煤泥干燥过程的平均单位能耗及干燥后按不同掺烧比例回掺的经济性进行了分析,为神东矿区煤泥综合加工利用项目提供了参考。

Abstract:Daliuta coal slime in Shendong Mining Area is taken as raw material to study the drying characteristics under the conditions of same particle size and different drying temperatures by applying hot-air drying technology. Relationship among moisture content, drying duration, drying temperature and drying velocity of the Daliuta coal slime are investigated.
