基于ADAMS和ANSYS的防爆胶轮车车架的仿真分析

摘    要:根据WC5E(B)型防爆胶轮车的行驶工况和承载特点,采用ADAMS软件对其进行整车虚拟样机实验,获取了整车在各种工况下车架与其他部件在连接处的受力情况,并在ANSYS中加载分析,评价车架结构的合理性,为车架结构进行局部改进和减重优化提供了参考依据。

Abstract:According to the driving conditions and the loading characteristics of the WC5E(B) explosion-proof rubber-tyred vehicle, the test for virtual prototype of the vehicle are carried out based on software ADAMS. The force states at the joints of vehicle frame and other components in various working conditions are obtained, which is input into ANSYS to carry out the analysis.
