水下爆炸载荷作用下圆筒的可靠性研究

摘    要:为了研究板壳结构系统在爆炸载荷作用下的可靠性问题,基于响应面法(RSM)和有限单元法(FEM)计算了圆筒结构在水下爆炸载荷作用下的可靠性指标.将炸药参数和结构材料参数作为基本随机变量,然后利用有限元数值模拟得到试验点上的结构动响应;通过回归分析拟合出结构动响应函数,并在此基础上建立了圆筒结构功能函数;最后以验算点法计算了圆筒结构的可靠性指标.最终的可靠度计算结果表明了该方法的可行性,并为工程应用提供了有益的参考价值.

Abstract:To solve the reliability of plate and shell structure system subjected to explosion,based on response surface method(RSM) and finite element method(FEM) the reliability index of cylinder structure subjected underwater explosion was calculated.Explosive parameters and structural material parameters were considered as basic random variables,and structural dynamic responses at the samplings were obtained by FEM.Then the function about structural dynamic responses was got with regression analysis,and based on that performance function for reliability was established.The reliability index of cylinder structure was calculated with Advanced First-Order Second Moment finally.The result indicates that the method is feasible for engineering application,and provides beneficial references.
