双相不锈钢锻轴的制造工艺研究

摘    要:在电炉冶炼+AOD炉精炼+下注式浇注的工艺条件下,成功生产了0Cr21Ni5Ti与1Cr25Ni16Mn6NV两种Cr-Ni型低碳双相不锈钢,通过对锻造及随后固溶处理的试验研究,给出了适宜于此两种材料的锻造和热处理工艺参数,并就获得合适比例的奥氏体-铁素体的技术进行了讨论。

Abstract:0Cr21Ni5Ti and 1Cr25Ni16Mn6NV,two grades of Cr-Ni type low carbon duplex stainless steel,have been produced successfully under the process conditions of Electric Furnace Refining by AOD Furnace Bottom Pouring.The technological parameters applicable to forging and heat treatment of these two kinds of material have been determined through the test and study of forging and the subsequent solution treatment.And in this article the techniques for getting austenite-ferrite with an appropriate proportion have been discussed.
