| 摘 要： | 如何解决公安消防部队在扑救重特大石油化工火灾中 ,需要大量泡沫灭火剂与泡沫灭火剂具有失效期的性质、且消防部队经费紧张不可能长期储存大量泡沫液的矛盾 ,本文针对上述矛盾 ,结合部分石油化工企业设有固定泡沫灭火系统并储存一定量泡沫液的特点 ,提出解决扑救重特大石油化工火灾泡沫灭火剂的途径
