| 摘 要： | "低碳"近年来年已为世界各国所重视。结合城市规划专业理念,对老窝镇的低碳概念规划提出自我见解,认为低碳规划应主要从以下几个方面入手:城市功能定位和产业发展定位、合理的道路交通规划和城镇用地布局、基础设施专项规划以及建筑的低碳规划等。

| Abstract: | In the past few years,low carbon has been valued by the world,it was author proposed low-carbon concept planning of Laowo Town according to urban planning professional knowledge.It was recognized that low-carbon plans should be started from the following aspects: urban functional and industry development positioning,reasonable road traffic planning and layout of urban land,the special planning of infrastructure and low carbon planning of architecture etc. |
