便携式电梯限速器测速仪的设计

摘    要:为改变传统检测电梯限速器方法中所采用的测量工具结构复杂、检验精度不高、工作量大、现场检测不便等缺点,讲述了以STC89C51单片机为核心,结合增量式旋转编码器、LCD,设计出一种硬件成本低、响应速度快、容易操作、测量精度较高、能对历史数据保存和查询的电梯限速器检测仪.现场检测时,检测人员无需测量限速器轮缘直径,检测人员可以判断被检验的限速器是否合格.

Design of Portable Speedometer for Elevator OverspeedGovernor
Abstract:To change the traditional detection elevator overspeed governor method which used in measuring tool structure is complex,inspection accuracy is not high enough,Workload big,and The field detection not is convenient.This paper introduced the STC89C51 microcontroller as the core,combining incremental Photoelectric encoder,LCD,design a kind of hardware cost is low,the fast response,easy to operate,and has high accuracy,can save and inquires of history data of elevator overspeed governor detecting and measuring instrument.When The field detection,there is no need to test the diameter of the overspeed governor,so it can be judged by the testing personnel if the overspeed governor is qualified.
