摘 要: | 为提高电解液双轴倾角传感器的线性范围、线性度、零点电压与稳定性等指标,根据Fredericks 0717-4319-99传感器元件的结构特性、温度特性、测量原则设计了一种有针对性的高精度倾角信号采集电路。并根据倾角信号的输出特性做了较为理想的建模处理,其输出特性的模型的线性度可以达到0.49%。通过测试结果表明,在40°的测量范围倾角信号的各项指标有了显著提高。

Abstract: | Focusing on the aim at improving the linearity measurement range,linearity,null voltage and stability of dual axis elec- trolytic tilt sensor,this paper presents a high accuracy angle signal gather circuit base on the structure,temperature charac- teristics and measurement rule of 0717-4319-99 sensor from Fredericks company.Modeling the output character and pre- sents good feature,the linearity reached 0.49% of output character model. |
