摘    要:结合一起800 kV罐式断路器液压机构渗油缺陷,认真分析机构组装工艺,并对机构零部件进行了检查测试,发现连接套设计公差偏大、现场安装方法不当是引发缺陷的根本原因。通过重新设计加工连接套、改进现场安装方法,彻底消除了机构存在的安全隐患,为后续800 kV罐式断路器安全运行奠定了基础。

Abstract:Combined with the 800 kV pot breaker hydraulic mechanism oil seepage fault,the earnest analysis hydraulic mechanism assembles a craft,carried on a check test to hydraulic mechanism spare parts,discover conjunction parts tolerance bigger and installing method inaccuracy is the root reason that cause failures.Pass to re-design the conjunction parts and improvement to install a method,complete elimination the security risk exists for follow-up to 800 kV pot breaker went into operation basis.
