频繁开断下车载真空断路器寿命试验方法的讨论

车载真空断路器(VCB)是动车组受能控制系统的关键部件,对动车组的安全稳定运行非常重要。但车载断路器的工作状况特殊,使得其寿命特征与电力系统断路器存在较大区别。因此,普通断路器的寿命试验方法不能完全适用于车载断路器。笔者以CRH2A型动车用断路器为对象,提出了一套完整的寿命试验方法,主要分为工频耐压试验、冲击耐压试验和机械寿命试验,检测灭弧室内触头的接触电阻,分别得到接触电阻、工频和冲击耐受电压与开断次数的关系,从中能分析出VCB的机械和电气寿命的极限。

Discussion on the Life Test Method of Motor Train Vacuum Circuit Breaker under Frequent Interruption

Motor train vacuum circuit breaker(VCB) is the key part of power supply control system,which is very important to safe and stable operation of motor train.The working conditions of motor train VCB are very peculiar,which makes its life-span characteristic very different from common VCB in power system.So the life test methods for common VCB are not suitable for motor train VCB.In order to test the lifetime of motor train VCB,a new life test method is put forward for the CRH2A type motor train VCB,including frequency withstand voltage test,impact withstand voltage test,mechanical endurance test,and contact resistance measurement of contact terminal in arc extinguishing chamber.Consequently,the relationships between the test data and the breaking number can be obtained to analyze the life limits of the motor train VCB.
