摘    要:随着国民经济的飞速发展,人们对住宅的舒适性及人性化的要求也越来越高,许多专家和学者对住宅的户型设计、立面形象等进行了大量的研究,而对住宅入口的研究却不够重视。住宅入口作为连接室内外空间的过渡空间起着重要的作用,是人们进入该建筑时所感受的首个空间,其设计的合理与否,直接影响到人们对此建筑的印象,因此,对其进行研究具有重要的现实意义。另外,由于住宅的入口空间形式往往受交通核的制约,针对中高层住宅的几种典型交通核和户型方式进行设计和分析,并据此进行住宅入口空间的设计,以期设计出功能合理、流线简捷、面积节约的入口空间。

Abstract:With the swift development of the national economy,the housing comfortableness needed by people and humanization request are also getting higher and higher.Lots of researches on design of dwelling size and facade etc have been conducted by experts and scholars,but less attention has been paid to the housing entrance.The housing entrance as the transition space of the achievement connecting the indoor outer space plays the vital role is the first space,in which people enters.Whether a housing entrance design is reasonable or not,influences the impression of people on the building.So it has the vital practical significance of the research on the housing entrance space.Moreover,because the housing entrance space often receives the restriction of the transportation core,it is put forward several kinds of designs of the housing entrance space according to several kinds of typical transportation cores of the high-rise residence.
