| 摘 要： | 本文作者通过社会主义市场经济对音乐人才需求状况的分析 ,认为为了避免音乐人才在培养、使用方面的浪费 ,应选用正确的预测音乐人才需求的方法。而在诸多方法中 ,数学的方法是最适用的。
