摘    要:中国绿色照明工程促进项目启动于2001年9月,项目目的是通过推动产品技术提高和拉动市场需求普及高效照明产品。本文作者根据近几年该项目组织开展的照明用户跟踪调查结果,分析评估项目,各种宣传活动对照明用户照明节电意识变化的影响,以希望为今后开展绿色照明宣传活动提出改进方案和摸索可借鉴的经验。

Abstract:The current China Greenlights project began in September 2001. The project goals are being achieved through the targeting of particular market actors to bring about transformation through Technology Push (increasing the supply of quality energy efficient lighting products) and Demand Pull (creating the information and awareness environment that will stimulate demand for the improved product offering). In this paper we seek to investigate the impact of the various Greenlights project communication activities on the awareness levels of the target audiences. For each audience group we will briefly discuss the communications methods used to target that group, the measurable impact on awareness and, where possible, draw inferences which may assist in the design/implementation of future communication programmes, particularly related to green lighting programmes in China, but with potential relevance elsewhere.
