城市燃气企业的天然气调价策略

国产天然气和进口天然气的高价差给城市燃气企业带来了新的经营压力,推动城市燃气终端价格调整是解决这一问题的主要措施之一。通过对燃气用户特点、影响调价因素的分析,提出了城市燃气企业在宏观层面和微观层面应该采取的调价策略。研究认为,城市燃气企业在进行价格调整时,首先必须认真分析国家政治形势、地区经济发展、区域供求关系变化、燃气行业发展状况等宏观因素对调价工作的影响;其次,根据用户类型的差异,在微观层面制定相关应对措施。对于居民用户调价,必须有让人信服的数据和强有力的媒体宣传;对于工业用户调价,必须一对一宣传,做好天然气与其他替代能源的价格分析;对于商业集体用户调价,必须结合媒体宣传和个别宣传;对于CNG用户调价,可通过政府文件进行顺价。

Natural Gas Price Adjustment Strategy of City Gas Enterprises

The great difference in price between domestic gas and imported gas has brought new pressure to operation of city gas enterprises. It is one of the major measures to solve such problem is to drive the adjustment of terminal gas price. It puts forward price adjustment strategies for city gas enterprises in on both a macro level and a micro level by analyzing characteristics of gas users and factors influencing price adjustment. Through study, it is believed that when adjusting the price, city gas enterprises must, firstly, analyze the influence of national political situations, regional economic development, changes of regional supply and demand, development situations of gas industry and other macro factors on the price adjustment earnestly, and, secondly, develop countermeasures in a micro level based on the different user types. As to price adjustment for residential users, there must be convincing data and powerful media publicity; as to price adjustment for industrial users,one-to-one publicity must be implemented and prices of natural gas and other alternative energy must be well analyzed; as to price adjustment for collective business users, media publicity and individual publicity must be combined; finally, as to price adjustment for CNGusers,government documents may be issued for cantango.
