| 摘 要： | 针对目前钢丝绳芯胶带耐磨性和防纵撕能力差的问题,通过合理选型,成功地解决了整芯胶带替代钢丝绳芯胶带的难题,经使用表明,整芯胶带的使用寿命和过煤量大大超过钢丝绳芯胶带,且具有抗纵向撕裂能力强、并可快速接带,现已取得明显的经济效益。

| Abstract: | In view of the poor abilities against abrasion and longitudinal tear of existing steel cord conveying belt of poor,the difficult problems of replaces steel cord conveying belt by entire-woven one is successfully resolved through a rational selection.The practical result shows that the service life and the freight volume of coal of the entire-woven belt are greatly exceed that of steel cord belt.The belt has strong ability against longitudinal tear,may be connected fast,and achieved significant economic benefits. |
