摘    要:对低氧低氟金属镝的制备工艺及机理进行研究,结果表明:采用氟化氢铵处理后,再用氟化氢气体氟化,并进行脱氟处理的干法氟化工艺,可得到高纯氟化镝,氟化率达99.9%;采用钙热还原及熔盐萃取联合法一次性制备工艺,可有效降低金属镝中的氧、氟含量,制备的金属镝纯度大于99.9%。

Abstract:In this paper,firstly,Dy_(2)O_(3) acted by NH_(4)HF_(2) change to be porous.Secondly,Dy_(2)O_(3)is fluorinated by HF gas and defluorination process is used.During fused-salt extraction,one time to produce low oxygen and low fluorine dysprosium metal by the combining method of calcium reducing agent and fused-salt extractionare used.Results show that fluorination rate of Dy_(2)O_(3)reaches 99.9%,oxygen and fluorine of content reduced in the dysprosium metal can get a very low level,low oxygen and low fluorine dysprosium metal is prepared,and purity of dysprosium metal prepared is more than 99.9%.
