| Abstract: | Due to the characteristics of products,production process and associated equipment in coal preparation plant it is very difficult to keep production site in desired surrounding condition.There always exists unfavorable appearance such as being dirty,disorder and mess.These problems can be resolved by use of 6S management system.It is shown in practice that the setting-up and implementation of the system can be helpful to keep plant operation in a regular order and consequently effecting sound cycle of production process to gain higher economic profit for enterprise. |
