First,this paper introduces the definition of near space and analyzes its characteristic.The near space vehicles have become a new hot research issue on which many countries make extensive scientific researches.This paper deals with the concept of near-space information system,analyzes its applicati on status and prospects.On the whole,near near-space vehicles are still in phase of research,but the powerful military needs will lead the near-space vehicles to good prospects for military use.
