摘    要:从机抽排水采气工艺的应用现状出发,针对该工艺中存在的由于气液比大、井液含砂、油管内壁腐蚀等因素易造成卡泵、检泵周期短等具体问题,通过对泵筒结构、柱塞、凡尔罩和插管密封延长沉砂管柱的设计、改进,有效地解决了砂卡、砂埋柱塞的问题。现场应用证明,防砂深井泵防砂效果好,延长了检泵周期,经济效益显著。

Abstract:Drainage gas production by pumping is a mature technology,but some problems still exist in the technology,that is high GLR,sand-bearing well liquid,the corrosive tubing inner wall and so on,these factors easy form stuck pump and make pump detection period short.Through redesign and improvement of pump barrel structure,plunger,valve cage and settling tube,the problems of sand-in and plunger sand-buring are effectively solved.Field application approves that sand-control effect of sand-control deep-well pump is good and it can prolong the pump detection period.
