L形折弯钣金的冲模设计技巧

摘    要:以L形折弯钣金的冲压模设计为研究对象,提出了一种利于模具高效生产和稳定的设计方法。核心思想就是把L形钣金转化为利于冲压平衡的U形钣金,最后进行分离的方式。文中重点探讨此类冲压模具的结构,运用AutoCAD软件进行L形折弯钣金的级进模设计,说明此类设计的一般性方法与技巧,从而实现模具的高效率生产,并实现模具运动可靠。

Abstract:A die design method for L-shaped bent sheet metal stamping is presented.The key idea is to transform the L-shaped sheet metal into a favorable balance of U-stamping sheet metal and separate it finally.This paper focuses on the structure of such stamping dies,the use of AutoCAD software in the progressive die design of L-shaped bent sheet metal.The general design techniques is indicated to achieve high efficiency in processing mold and realize the reliability of the mold movement.
