| 摘 要： | 针对车辆图像分割困难,车牌位置定位不准等问题,提出了一种新的车牌快速定位算法。该算法通过对车牌一维字符笔画特征搜索,能够快速地定位车牌。试验表明该算法定位速度快、准确定位率高。

| Abstract: | Aiming for such problem as difficult to incise the image of vehicle and locating the location of license plate lacks of accuracy,a new method of fast locating license plate is expounded.According to search for characteristic of the one dimension strokes in license plate,this algorithm can locate the license plate quickly.Experiment shows that this algorithm can locate quickly,and the exactitude ratio of locating is very high. |
