基于GPU的体绘制算法研究

摘    要:本文给出了基于GPU的体绘制算法的流程,针对医学影像多组织标定问题,提出了基于二维表的纹理传输函数方法.针对CPU与GPU的资源分配与任务协同问题,提出了基于CPU的代理几何体生成算法,并利用该算法生成纹理坐标与GPU共同完成体绘制.最后对大量的医学影像数据进行了实验,实验证明本文提出的算法可以很好解决多组织标定与重建速度优化问题,使重建速度达到了毫秒级,完全满足临床需要.
