摘    要:在小波分析和模糊聚类分析的基础上,结合虚拟仪器技术,研发了齿轮-滚动轴承智能故障诊断测试系统,该系统不仅能对齿轮-滚动轴承传动系统进行故障诊断,而且还能对齿轮、轴承进行质量分级,具有较好的应用价值。

Abstract:According to wavelet analysis and fuzzy clustering method,an intelligent fault diagnostic system for gears and roller bearings is developed based on the virtual instrument technology. This system is capable of diagnosing the fault types. It also can classify the quality level of gears and roller bearings. This system is proved to be valid.
