基于博弈论的招投标研究

首先概述了博弈论的概念、分类以及其中的不完全信息静态博弈。建立了业主与投标人的博弈模型,建立了投标人相互之间的博弈矩阵和投标人与监督机构之间的博弈矩阵。通过分析得出在招投标过程中,业主选择最低价中标,投标人则通过舞弊或与监督机构联合,以提高中标的概率。期望通过分析以促进招投标企业不断调整自己的策略,为获得最大化的个人利益而做出正确决策,并提出促进招投标机制设计的进一步合理化的建议。

Study on bidding based on game theory

This paper summarizes the game theory's concept,sort and static game of incomplete information.It establishes the model of game between owner and bidder,and deduces the process of Lowest-bid Approach.It also establishes the matrix of game between bidder A and bidder B and the matrix of game between bidder and supervisory institution.The paper finally deduces the conclusion that in bidding,owner will choose the lowest bid and invite the bidder as many as possible;furthermore,bidder will enhance the probability by cheating and associating with supervisory institution.Expecting through analysis,promote the enterprise to adjust its strategy and make a right decision for maximizing interests.At the end,it makes advice to improve the bidding mechanism.
