摘    要:以铁泥为反应原料制备柠檬酸铁铵.通过对铁泥的预处理,将其中的铁转化为硫酸铁,硫酸铁与氨水反应得到氢氧化铁后与柠檬酸生成柠檬酸铁,加氨水后制得柠檬酸铁铵.考查氢氧化铁的制备、反应温度、反应时间和柠檬酸的加入量等条件对产品质量的影响,通过实验确定最佳条件为:反应温度为95℃,反应时间为2 h,柠檬酸加入量为16 g.用比色法测定柠檬酸铁铵中铁含量,结果表明在最佳条件下制备的柠檬酸铁铵符合国家化学纯标准.

Abstract:Iron mud is used as raw matierial to preprare ammonium ferric citrate in this paper. Iron in the iron mud is converted to ferric sulfate through pretratement of iron mud. And ferric sulfate reacts with ammonia to generate ferric hydrogen which reacts with citrate acid to form ferric citrate. Then ammonium ferric citrate is prepared by adding ammonia to ferric citrate. Effects of conditions which include preparation of ferric hydrogen, amount of citrate acid, reaction time and temperature on product quality are discussed and the optimal conditions for preparation of ammonium ferric citrate are studied: reaction temperation 95℃ ,reaction time 2 h,the amount of citrate acid 16 g. Colorimetric method is used to measure content of iron in ammonnium ferric citrate. The results show that ammonium ferric citrate prepared under the optimal conditions meets chemical purity in national standards.
