海勒式空冷机组冷却循环水泵的单泵运行分析

摘    要:分析单台冷却循环水泵在海勒式空冷系统中的运行状况。通过冷却循环水泵的参数选取、设计制造、喷射式凝汽器热力计算、单泵运行理论分析和实验分析,证实单台冷却循环水泵可满足汽轮机在允许真空范围内带一定负荷运行。也为解决带不上负荷和燃油问题对单泵运行进行了试验。打破了国外匈牙利一般不允许单泵运行的界线,为海勒式空冷机组提供了一种新的运行方式。是国内外同类空冷系统机组的首创。

Operating Analysis of Single Pump in Cooling Circle Pumps for Heller Air Cooling Unit
Abstract:Analysis the operation condition of single cooling CWpump used in Heller System.It break the limit of generally no allowance for single pump operation in Hungary,and is a pioneer in the similar air cooling units both here and broad.Through selection of parameters,design & manufacture,thermal design of ejector condenser,theory analysis of single pump operation and test analysis,it proved that single cooling CWpump can meet the requirement of steam turbine to be operated with certain load within permitted vacuum limit.It also made test on single pump in order to solve problems of unable with load on and fuel.
