石墨形态及合金元素对铸铁抗热疲劳性能的影响

摘    要:对石墨形态、合金元素等对铸铁抗热疲劳性能的影响进行了研究。加入提高抗氧化性的合金元素可显著提高铸铁的抗热疲劳性能。从首次产生裂纹的循环次数、裂纹扩展速度及变形量等综合考虑,蠕铁的抗热疲劳性能最好。

Abstract:The effect of graphite morphology and alloying elements on thermal fatigue resistance of cast iron was studied.The alloying elements such as aluminum,chromium etc,which can increase the heat resistance of cast iron,can apparently increase the thermal fatigue resistance of cast iron.Judging from the number of thermal cycle at which the first crack was seen,the rate of crack expanding and the deformation of the samples,compacted graphite cast iron was considered as of the best thermal fatigue resistance.
