煤炭堆场起尘影响因素研究

摘    要:通过一系列试验研究,监测分析了风速、含水率、煤堆高度、装卸方式等因素对露天煤炭堆场起尘的影响,结果表明当风速为2~3m/s,煤堆表面的含水率在6%~8%,煤堆高度在14m以下时,同时控制装卸作业落差,并对重点部位进行喷水抑尘,可有效控制煤炭颗粒起尘。

Abstract:Based on a series of experiences,the wind velocity,surface moisture percentage,coal storage height,handling methods and other main influence factors of dust emission in open coal storage yard are present.The result indicates the dust emission will be controlled when wind velocity is 2~3 m/s,the surface moisture percentage is 6%~8%,the coal storage height is less than 14 m,meanwhile,to control the drop height of handling equipments with watering in dust emission place.
