阀控铅酸蓄电池内化成工艺

摘    要:研究了电池内化成工艺对化成效果及电池性能的影响。实验结果表明:正极铅膏中添加质量分数5%的PbO2能提高电池内化成效率和电池性能。添加质量分数30%的Pb3O4没有达到预期效果。我们比较了用不同密度H2SO4化成的电池性能。用密度为1.27g/Cm3的H2SO4进行电池内化成比较适合,电池能给出较高的初容量,并且有较好的充电接受能力。实验证明,电池注酸后搁置时间过长会严重影响化成效果。

Abstract:The effects of container formation on the formation efficiency and the performance of battery were investigated. The results of experiment showed that adding 5wt% PbO2 to positive paste could improve the formation efficiency and the capability of battery. The positive with 30wt% Ph3O4 did not act as what had been expected. The performance of different batteries formed with different concentration of H2SO4 was compared and found that the concentration of 1.27g/cm3 was suitable. The battery could deliver higher initial capacity and had better charge acceptance. The experiment confirmed that the battery shouldn't be shelved too long after being filled acid, otherwise the formation would be deteriorated.
