基于专家系统的储粮仓智能测控系统

摘    要:介绍了一种基于专家系统的储粮仓测控系统,该系统实现了对储粮仓内外空气温度、湿度,粮食温度、水分的自动测试,对粮情智能分析,以及对现场设备自动控制;采用CAN总线构造测控网络,引入专家系统大大提高了系统的自动化、智能化;实验结果表明,该测控系统运行稳定可靠,检测精度高,达到了预期效果.

Abstract:The system of measurement and control for grain storage based on expert system is introduced. Adopting this system, automatic measurement and intelligent analysis of grain temperature and moisture, atmosphere temperature and moisture, as well automatic control of equipments have been implemented. Besides, the network of measurement and control adopts CAN bus. As using an expert system, the intelligence and automation degree of the system is improved greatly. Experiment shows that this system runs stably, accurately and effectively.
