摘    要:就压汞法测试板式脱硝催化剂时,样品处理方式对结果的影响进行了实验研究。选取北京某电厂在运脱硝催化剂为研究对象,选取3种不同的方法对样品进行处理,用压汞法测试其比孔容、孔径分布等孔隙参数,比较了不同处理方式对结果重现性的影响,对其原因及适用性进行了分析。

Research on Influence of Sample Pretreatment Method on Pore Analysis of Denitration Catalyst

Abstract:Experimental research on influence of sample pretreatment method on the result was made in this paper when denitration catalyst was tested by mercury intrusion method. Three different sample pretreatment methods were adopted for denitration catalyst used in a power plant in Beijing to test pore volume,pore size and other pore structure parameters with mercury intrusion method. Influence of sample pretreatment method on result repeatability was analyzed as well as its reasons and applicability.
