| 摘 要： | 本文提出一种新的快速测量正弦信号频率的方法,它主要利用三次多项式插值函数来拟合经过DFT变换的数据点,然后通过求插值函数的极值点来进行频率估计。仿真结果证明方法的有效性和简便性,并对其CPLD快速实现进行探讨。
