摘    要:利用结构优化设计方法,对Y32-500B四立柱液压机的下横梁进行了结构优化设计,研究了其中的一些关键理论和技术,包括下横梁的结构有限元分析,优化方法选择,敏度分析和结构重分析,得到了满意的结果,并应用于生产实际。

Abstract:The structural optimization design of the lower beam used in the Y32 500B four column hydraulic presser is studied. Some essential theories and techniques are discussed, including the FE analysis of the lower beam, the choice of the optimal methods, the sensitivity analysis and the re analysis. The space membrane element and the eight node brick element are selected in the FE analysis. The SQP method is used in the structural optimization. A objective function is the weight of the lower beam and the constraint functions are the stress constraints and the displacement constraints. There are six iterations in the structural optimization of the lower beam. Compared with the original design, the weight of the lower beam is reduced by 7.04%. The satisfied results are obtained and are applied in the engineering.
