人造纤维板中的游离甲醛的无损测定方法的研究

摘    要:文章分析了人造纤维板中甲醛的热解析特性,采用无损检测方法采测定人造纤维板中游离甲醛。在设定的热解析、气相色谱程序升温条件下,用甲醛色谱标样的浓度与峰面积绘制工作曲线,其线性置信度(R2)为0.9997;甲醛检出限为:0.002μg/100g;样品加标回收率为96.97%-102.02%。实验表明:利用柱端浓缩直接热解析/毛细管气相色谱测定人造纤维板中甲醛含量,是一种快速、无损、准确的新型分析方法。

Abstract:The thermal desorption characteristic of the formaldehyde in fiberboard was analyzed in this paper and the non-destructive determination method was studied. The calibration curve of formaldehyde is determined with standard sample under optimized conditions of thermal desorption and gas chromatography. The linear confidence level (R2)is 0.9997,the detecting limit of formaldehyde is about 0.002μg·100g-1, and the recovery rate is between 96.97%-102.02%. The test results show that the new analysis method is fast, lossless and accurate.
