GK型静态混合元件的流体力学和强化传热性能研究

摘    要:提出了一种新的GK型静态混合元件。以空气为实验介质,在雷诺数4000~20000内对GK型静态混合元件的流体阻力和强化传热性能进行了试验研究,并将其与Kenics静态混合元件进行了试验对比。在试验范围内,GK型静态混合元件的传热膜系数约是Kenics静态混合元件的0.861~0.990倍,但其流体阻力仅是Kenics静态混合元件的0.475~0.486倍,表明GK型静态混合元件的综合性能优于Kenics静态混合元件。

Abstract:A new GK-type static mixing elements was presented. The hydrodynamics and enhanced heat-transfer performance of GK-type static mixing elements was investigated in the Re range of 4 000 to 20 000 using air as a experimental medium. It was compared with Kenics elements. The results in the experimental range show that GK-type static mixing elements's film coefficient of heat transfer was about 0. 861-0. 990 times than that of Kenics elements,but the fluid resistance was about 0. 475 FANG Shu-qi (School of Chemical Engineering, Zhengzhou University, Zhengzhou 450001, China)
0. 486 times than that of Kenics elements. The Comprehensive performance of GK-type static mixing elements is superior to that of Kenics static mixing elements.
