Abstract:This paper introduces the application of nano powder in thermal conductive materials,including micro-scale thermal science and nano enhancing thermal conductive mechanism,thermal conductive nano material,nano inorganic/organic composite thermal conductive materials and thermal conductive materials for micro/nano device.
