厚自重湿陷性黄土场地中复合桩基的应用研究

摘    要:结合晋西北厚自重湿陷性黄土地区高层建筑地基处理实例,进行了多种地基处理方案和桩基方案的比较,提出了适用于厚自重湿陷性黄土场地高层建筑的DDC素土桩-人工挖孔扩底灌注桩复合桩基方案。对复合桩基湿陷性地基处理效果检测、单桩竖向静载荷试验和基桩内力测量试验结果进行了分析,阐述了剩余湿陷量、静载荷试验与复合桩基方案调整间的内在关系。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of a ground treatment project in the northwest of Shanxi province,several schemes of ground treatment and pile foundations are compared,and the scheme of composite pile foundations composed of DDC(down-hole dynamic compaction) soil pile and under-reamed pile,is put forward for tall buildings in deep loess collapsible under overburden pressure.According to the results of ground treatment testing,static loading experiment and internal force testing of single pile foundation,the mutual actions between remnant collapse,static loading experiment and the scheme modification of composite pile foundations are primarily described.
