一种无刷直流电动机双闭环调速系统仿真研究

摘    要:在分析无刷直流电机数学模型的基础上,提出了一种基于MATLAB/Simulink软件的仿真方法。研究和分析了两相导通三相六状态星形方波无刷直流电机的运行模式.在Matlab/Simu-link中,先建立独立的功能模块,再进行功能模块的有机整合,搭建了仿真模型。模型采用编写反电势系数的S函数生成梯形波反电动势。系统采用电流和速度的双闭环控制。仿真结果表明,该控制系统模型具有转速、转矩响应好和仿真速度快的优点。

Abstract:The method for Modeling and simulation of BLDCM speed-changing system based on analyzing the mathematic model of Brushless DC motor(BLDCM) is presented in this paper.The operating mode of the 3-phase 6-state square-wave motor with wye-connected phase windings and two mosfets is analyzed.The independent functional module have been modeled in detail In Matlab/Simulink,then combined organically the function modules,Established the simulation module of BLDC.The back EMF is generated by using s-function.The speed and electric current double closed-circle is adopted in the system.The simulated results indicate that the proposed model has a good response to the rotation speed and torque,and possesses quick simulation pace.
