圆环内圆磨削的热变形误差研究

摘    要:运用热弹性和热塑性原理 ,在定常温度场的模型下推导出了圆环内孔磨削时的热变形和热变形误差计算式 ,包括内孔的热变形和达到塑性状态以后的残余变形计算式。给出了一些圆环热变形的特性曲线。对理论分析进行了实验验证 ,二者吻合较好。说明该模型可用于内孔磨削工艺的热变形误差计算 ,并且计算方法和有限元等方法相比要简单得多

Abstract:This paper adopted thermal elastic plastic theory, deduced the thermal deformation and thermal deformation error in the internal grinding of circular ring when the state of steady heat flow in the circular ring was reached. Formulae were given for the calculation of the thermal deformation and thermal deformation error. Residual deformation was also considered when the circular ring was in the partly plastic state. Some curves were drawn to describe the thermal deformation characteristics. Experiment was carried out and its result agrees well with the calculated data of the model. The model is helpful for the calculation of thermal deformation error in the process of internal grinding for circular ring and the calculation is much simple.
