摘    要:采用广西宁明膨润土为原料。在微波辐射下合成了4A沸石并对样品进行了表征。与传统水热处理法相比,微波法晶化时间明显缩短.合成的4A沸石白度、钙离子交换能力等指标均有提高,且晶粒度大为减小。产品达到了优等品质量标准,可望制成性能优良的洗涤剂助剂。

Abstract:A bentonite from Ningmin of Guangxi province was used as raw material to synthesize 4A zeolite by microwave radiation and the properties of synthesized 4A zeolite were characterized. Compared with traditional hydrotherml crystallization method, the Ca2 exchange capacity and the whiteness of synthesized 4A zeolite by microwave method are all improved, and furthermore, the crystallization time shortened remarkably and the size of 4A zeolite particles decreases greatly. The indexes reached the first grade of the quality criterion, it can be used in detergent with excellent properties.
