摘    要:介绍了一种基于网络平台的二次电池全自动测试分选系统,该系统主要由高精度的电池容量检测单元、高精度电池内阻和电压自动测试系统(OV/IR)及电池等级自动分选系统组成.系统内所有设备通过计算机组网,实现数据共享.

Abstract:An automatic test and separation system for rechargeable battery based on network platform was discussed. The system was mainly composed of three units: the test equipment of battery capacity with high precision, the accurate measuring equipment of voltage and internal resistor (OV/IR), the automatic grade separation equipment of battery capacity. All the equipments in the system were connected with each other by the network, which made it possible for them to share the data.
