高频脉冲电源的研制

摘    要:针对电磁超声实验对脉冲电源的需求,研制了一种高频脉冲电源。采用UCC2895作为信号源,利用全桥电路将信号功率放大。详细介绍了信号发生电路、驱动电路和全桥逆变电路的设计方法,并给出了各主要节点的实验波形。该电源达到了各项技术要求,已成功应用于电磁超声实验。

Abstract:A kind of high frequency pulse electrical source at the need of electromagnetic ultrasonic experiments is presented.The design uses UCC2895 for signal source,and the signal is amplified by full bridge invert circuit.The design methods of the signal source circuit,drive circuit and full bridge circuit are introduced,and the waveforms of the main nodes are shown.This electrical source fulfills all the technique demands,and has been used in electromagnetic ul-trasonic experiments successfully.
